     Стратегия Группы строится вокруг развития современного пищевого ритейлера в России, действующего      в форматах гипермаркет и дискаунтер. В рамках нашей стратегии мы стремимся      качество, выгодное предложение и уникальный опыт работы с клиентами.

     В 2017 году Совет директоров принял стратегическое решение сосредоточиться на ключевых направлениях своей деятельности:      гипермаркеты под брендом O'KEY, где он уже имеет сильное влияние, и на      стремительно растущие дискаунтеры под DA! бренд, который оказался успешным и имеет      значительный потенциал для дальнейшего роста. Завершена продажа бизнеса супермаркетов      в 2017 году поможет Группе сосредоточиться на этих двух нишах, чтобы достичь большего      эффективность и повышение прибыли для акционеров.
